Archermind controlling shareholder releases significant share pledge

Nanjing Archermind Technology Development Group Co., Ltd. ("Archermind Development"), the controlling shareholder of Archermind Technology Co., Ltd., has announced the release of a pledge on 4,806,000 shares. This transaction represents 8.34% of Archermind Development's total shareholding and 2.21% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, originally initiated on November 20, 2024, was held by Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd.

Following this release, Archermind Development's total pledged shares have decreased from 24,850,000 to 20,044,000 shares. These remaining pledged shares now constitute 34.78% of Archermind Development's holdings and 9.24% of Archermind Technology's total share capital. The company asserts that there is no risk of forced liquidation or transfer of these pledged shares, and the pledge activities do not impact the company's actual control.
