Zoomlion announces EGM, H-share class meeting, and registration halt

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science and Technology Co., Ltd. announced its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 2:30 PM, at the company's office building in Changsha City, Hunan Province, China. The H-share class meeting will follow at the same location at 3:00 PM on the same day.

To determine eligible H-share shareholders, the company will suspend H-share transfer registration from Monday, December 8, 2025, to Thursday, December 11, 2025, inclusive. No share transfers will be processed during this period.

To qualify for attendance and voting, H-share holders must submit all share transfer documents along with relevant share certificates to the company’s H-share registrar, Hong Kong Registrars Limited, by 4:30 PM on Friday, December 5, 2025. The board of directors includes chairman Zhan Chunxin, executive director Dr. Zhan Chunxin, non-executive directors Mr. He Liu and Mr. Wang Xianping, and independent non-executive directors Mr. Zhang Chenghu, Mr. Huang Guobin, Mr. Wu Baohai, and Ms. Huang Jun.
