Yunnan Aluminium chairman resigns from all company positions

Yunnan Aluminium Company Limited (referred to as “Yunnan Aluminium”) announced today, November 20, 2025, that its board of directors recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Ji Shujun. Due to work changes, Mr. Ji Shujun has resigned from his positions as a director, chairman, chairman of the board's strategic committee, and member of the nomination committee. Following his resignation, he will no longer hold any positions within the company.

In accordance with the "Company Law" and the "Articles of Association" of Yunnan Aluminium, Mr. Ji Shujun's resignation does not result in the number of board members falling below the statutory minimum, ensuring the normal operation of the company's board of directors. His resignation report became effective upon its delivery to the board of directors. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Mr. Ji Shujun does not hold any shares in the company.

During his tenure as a director and chairman, Mr. Ji Shujun demonstrated diligence, commitment, and innovative leadership.
