Unilumin launches robotics venture with AI partners

Unilumin Group, through its subsidiary Shenzhen Unilumin Technology Co., Ltd., has officially established Shenzhen Zhiman Robotics Co., Ltd. The new entity, with a registered capital of 50 million yuan, was formed in collaboration with Beijing Zhipu Huazhang Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing Yuanke Vision Technology Co., Ltd.

Unilumin contributed 25 million yuan, securing a 50% stake, while Zhipu Huazhang contributed 15 million yuan (30% stake) and Yuanke Vision 10 million yuan (20% stake). The company received its business license from the Shenzhen Market Supervision Administration on November 17, 2025.

The joint venture aims to integrate the core technological strengths of the three parties to build an innovative ecosystem in the AI intelligent terminal domain. This collaboration is designed to create a comprehensive solution encompassing "algorithm models + hardware terminals + perception and interaction," providing full-chain support for AI intelligent terminals. The initiative seeks to advance the "display embodiment" of intelligent entities across educational, conference, and cultural tourism sectors, thereby accelerating industry-wide intelligent upgrades.

Shenzhen Zhiman Robotics Co., Ltd.'s business scope includes intelligent robot sales, industrial robot sales, information system integration services, intelligent robot research and development, and internet sales. Unilumin Group anticipates that while the subsidiary will contribute to its strategic goals, its future operational results are subject to macroeconomic, industry policy, market competition, and management risks.
