Major shareholder pledges Northeast Securities shares for financing

Northeast Securities Co., Ltd. announced today that its major shareholder, Jilin Provincial Trust Co., Ltd. ("Jilin Trust"), has pledged 82,800,000 shares of the company as of November 19, 2025. This transaction represents 29.99% of Jilin Trust's total holdings and 3.54% of Northeast Securities' total share capital. The pledge's purpose is for financing, with China Trust Industry Guarantee Fund Co., Ltd. as the pledgee.

Before this transaction, Jilin Trust held 276,073,582 shares, representing an 11.80% stake in Northeast Securities, with no shares previously pledged. Following this pledge, the entire 82,800,000 shares are now pledged. Jilin Trust has confirmed that the pledged shares are not subject to major asset restructuring or performance compensation obligations and pose no risk of liquidation.
