Guosen Securities details 2025 bond interest payment

Guosen Securities Co., Ltd. announced the interest payment details for its "21 Guoxin 13" corporate bonds, issued in 2021 to professional investors. The current interest period for these bonds is from November 23, 2024, to November 22, 2025. The bond's coupon rate is 3.43%, and the interest payment date is set for November 24, 2025, with the record date on November 21, 2025. Investors holding the bonds as of the close of trading on November 21, 2025, will be entitled to this interest distribution.

For every 10 bonds, the pre-tax interest payment is CNY 34.30. Individual investors and investment funds will be subject to a 20% personal income tax, resulting in a net interest payment of CNY 27.44 per 10 bonds. Non-resident enterprises, including QFII and RQFII, will receive the full CNY 34.30 per 10 bonds as their income is currently exempt from corporate income tax. The company has extended this exemption for non-resident enterprises investing in the domestic bond market until December 31, 2025.

The interest payment will be facilitated by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, Shenzhen Branch. Guosen Securities will transfer the full interest amount to the clearing corporation two business days prior to the payment date. Bondholders can collect their interest at their designated payment outlets. Other bondholders are responsible for self-declaration and payment of their bond interest income tax.
