GEM announces interest payment for "23 Green G1" bond

GEM Co., Ltd. has announced the upcoming interest payment for its "23 Green G1" green corporate bond (bond code: 148517). The payment will cover the period from November 23, 2024, to November 22, 2025, with the interest payment date scheduled for November 24, 2025. The record date for entitlement is November 21, 2025.

The bond, issued on November 23, 2023, has a nominal value of CNY 100 per bond and carries a fixed annual coupon rate of 4.00%. Each CNY 1,000 nominal value of the bond will distribute CNY 40.00 in interest (pre-tax). Individual and securities investment fund holders will receive CNY 32.00 per CNY 1,000 after a 20% income tax deduction, while non-resident enterprises (including QFII and RQFII) will receive CNY 40.00 per CNY 1,000.

The "23 Green G1" bond has an issuance size of CNY 300 million and a 3-year term. China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch will handle the interest distribution.
