Eve Energy secures battery supply agreement with Smoore International

Eve Energy Co., Ltd. announced on November 20, 2025, the signing of a procurement framework agreement with Smoore International Holdings Limited. Under this agreement, Smoore International and its affiliates will continuously procure battery cells and other products from Eve Energy and its affiliates as raw materials. The agreement is effective until December 31, 2028, with actual transaction values determined by orders and audited by accountants.

This transaction constitutes a related party transaction, as Ms. Jiang Min, a director and senior management member of Eve Energy, also serves as a non-executive director of Smoore International. Given its nature as a framework agreement without concrete transaction amounts, it does not yet require board approval. Future annual related party transaction amounts will be subject to necessary review and disclosure procedures.

This agreement is expected to foster a stable and long-term cooperative relationship, supporting Eve Energy's operational stability and production. Its impact on future annual operating performance will depend on actual orders.
