Hefei Meyer Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. announced today, November 20, 2025, the resignation of its deputy general manager, Mr. Xi Zhengshan. Mr. Xi submitted a written resignation due to personal reasons and will no longer hold any positions within the company. His resignation became effective upon submission to the board of directors. Mr. Xi's original term was set to expire on April 20, 2026.

The company confirmed that all responsibilities overseen by Mr. Xi Zhengshan have been successfully handed over, and his resignation is not expected to impact the company's production operations or normal functioning.
