Fujian Jinsen Forestry updates articles of association

The resolution to revise the articles of association and its appendices was passed as a special resolution, with 99.9359% of voting shares in favor, 0.0202% against, and 0.0439% abstaining. Among small and medium investors, 98.6637% voted in favor, 0.4207% against, and 0.9156% abstained.

The amendments reflect changes in company structure and governance, with the new articles of association becoming effective immediately upon approval by the shareholders. This ensures the company's operational framework aligns with current legal and regulatory requirements.
