YGSOFT announces executive changes: CFO Lin Wuxing resigns, Zhang Lei appointed

On November 17, 2025, YGSOFT received a resignation request from Mr. Lin Wuxing, who served as a director, senior vice president, and chief financial officer, citing work adjustments. His resignation is effective immediately, and he will no longer hold any positions within the company. Mr. Lin Wuxing completed all necessary handovers and currently holds no company shares.

Following this, on November 18, 2025, the company's eighth board of directors convened its twenty-second meeting. During this meeting, Mr. Zhao Kaiqiang and Mr. Zhang Lei were appointed as senior vice presidents, effective immediately until the expiration of the eighth board of directors' term. Mr. Zhang Lei was also appointed as the new chief financial officer.

Additionally, the board nominated Mr. Zhao Kaiqiang as a non-independent director for the eighth board of directors. This nomination will be presented to the shareholders for approval, with his term to run from the date of shareholder approval until the expiration of the eighth board of directors' term. Both Mr. Zhao Kaiqiang and Mr. Zhang Lei currently hold no company shares.
