Woer Heat-Shrinkable Material completes board re-election, senior appointments

Shenzhen Woer Heat-Shrinkable Material Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002130) has announced the completion of its eighth board of directors' re-election and the appointment of new senior management. The company held its second extraordinary general meeting on November 18, 2025, to elect directors, forming a nine-member eighth board, including three employee representative directors.

The new board comprises six non-independent directors and three independent directors. Zhou Heping has been appointed as chairman, and Yi Huarong as vice chairman. Yi Huarong will also serve as general manager, with Xiang Kedou and Yao Chenhang appointed as deputy general managers. Yao Chenhang will additionally serve as chief financial officer. Qiu Wei has been named board secretary, and Dong Jiang as head of the internal audit department. Li Wenya is the new securities affairs representative.

The eighth board of directors and the newly appointed senior management will serve a three-year term, effective from the date of the first meeting of the eighth board. All appointed senior management personnel meet the required qualifications. Former independent director Chen Yanyan has departed due to the expiration of her term.
