Joyvio Agriculture Development announced its intention to reappoint ShineWing Certified Public Accountants as its auditor for the 2025 fiscal year, pending shareholder approval. This decision was made during the fifth board meeting on November 17, 2025, after a review by the audit committee and independent directors, confirming ShineWing's competence and independence. Concurrently, the company is undertaking a significant expansion of its business scope, as approved by the board on November 17, 2025. The revised scope includes a broader array of activities, such as fertilizer production, pesticide registration and sales, crop seed management, and various agricultural machinery services, moving beyond its previous focus on food production and livestock. This expansion is designed to adapt to market needs and optimize operational efficiency.

Furthermore, Joyvio Agriculture will revise its Articles of Association to reflect these strategic changes and enhance corporate governance. Key amendments include removing the supervisory board, assigning its functions to the audit committee, and introducing a worker representative director on the board. The company also announced the appointment of Ms. Wenxin as the securities affairs representative, effective November 17, 2025, to support the board secretary in daily operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
