Jiemei subsidiary Rouzhen partners with ATL on composite current collectors

Zhejiang Rouzhen Technology (Rouzhen Technology) and Contemporary Amperex Technology New Energy Co. (ATL) signed a cooperation and development framework agreement on November 18, 2025. This agreement aims to jointly design and develop lithium battery composite current collectors, deliver technical achievements, and ensure future production capacity. Rouzhen Technology will undertake customized development, sample delivery, and mass production based on ATL's requirements.

Under the agreement, Rouzhen Technology will prioritize supplying ATL with 1 million m² of capacity in 2025, 5 million m² in 2026, and 3 million m² in 2027 during the mass production phase. While this framework agreement is not expected to significantly impact Jiemei's operating performance for the current year, it is anticipated to boost the company's business expansion and future development in the lithium battery materials sector.

The partnership leverages ATL's leading position and market demand in the lithium battery industry, combined with Rouzhen Technology's core expertise and production capabilities in composite current collectors. This collaboration is expected to enhance product competitiveness, foster a sustainable strategic partnership, and promote the industrial application of composite current collector products in mainstream lithium battery scenarios.
