Guosen Securities announces 2025 bond interest payment details

Guosen Securities Co. has announced the interest payment for its 2023 publicly offered corporate bonds (tranche 6) for professional investors, bond code 148513. The interest payment date is November 20, 2025, with the record date set for November 19, 2025. The current interest period runs from November 20, 2024, to November 19, 2025. The bonds were issued at a face value of 100 yuan per bond, with an aggregate issuance amount of 2.7 bn yuan.

The bonds carry a fixed annual coupon rate of 2.89%. For every 10 bonds held, a gross interest of 28.90 yuan will be distributed. Individual and investment fund bondholders will be subject to a 20% personal income tax, resulting in a net payment of 23.12 yuan for every 10 bonds after tax.
