Yunnan Lincang Xinyuan Germanium establishes new semiconductor materials subsidiary

Yunnan Lincang Xinyuan Germanium Industry Co., Ltd. (the Company) announced the establishment of a new controlling sub-subsidiary, Hubei Xinyao Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. This follows approval by the company's eighth board of directors on November 6, 2025, for a "high-quality gallium arsenide wafer construction project." The new entity completed its registration and obtained a business license on November 13, 2025.

Hubei Xinyao Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. has a registered capital of RMB 50 million. Its business scope includes manufacturing, research and development, and sales of electronic special materials, as well as import and export of goods and technology.

The new sub-subsidiary is a joint investment by the company's controlling subsidiary, Yunnan Xinyao Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd., and individual Liu Guangzheng, with a total capital contribution of RMB 50 million. This development underscores Yunnan Lincang Xinyuan Germanium Industry's commitment to advancing its capabilities in high-performance semiconductor materials.
