AVIC Xi'an Aircraft announces new signing accountants for 2025 audit

AVIC Xi'an Aircraft Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (AVICA Aircraft) has announced a change in the signing certified public accountants for its 2025 financial statements and internal control audit. This follows the company's decision to re-engage Da Xin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as its auditor, a move approved at a board meeting on March 28, 2025, and the 2024 annual shareholders' meeting on April 28, 2025.

On November 17, 2025, AVICA Aircraft received notification from Da Xin Certified Public Accountants regarding the change. Originally, Yang Yiming and Chen Haitao were assigned as the signing certified public accountants. Due to work adjustments, Zhang Ling and Wu Yanrong will now serve in these roles for the 2025 financial statements and internal control audit.

Zhang Ling became a certified public accountant in November 2005 and has been engaged in auditing listed companies since February 2008, signing six audit reports for listed companies in the past three years. Wu Yanrong became a certified public accountant in August 2023 and has been involved in auditing listed companies since October 2020. Both Zhang Ling and Wu Yanrong have clear integrity records, with no disciplinary actions or penalties in the past three years, and maintain independence as required by professional ethics. The company confirmed this change will not affect the 2025 financial reporting or internal control audit work.
