Shenzhen Airport (SZSE:000089) will convene its second extraordinary general meeting of shareholders for 2025 on Friday, November 21, 2025, through a combination of on-site and online voting. The meeting, approved by the board and supervisory committee, will primarily focus on deliberating and passing a special resolution to revise the company's articles of association and related appendices.
