Jiangsu Huasheng Tianlong faces major litigation, bank accounts frozen

Jiangsu Huasheng Tianlong Photoelectric Equipment Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary, Changzhou Shengyou New Energy Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., are embroiled in a contract dispute with Jielü Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. The plaintiff, Jielü Heavy Industry, has filed a lawsuit claiming an outstanding debt of 10,682,399.99 yuan for tower and accessories supply contracts.

As a result of the litigation, the Jintan District People's Court has ordered the pre-litigation preservation of the Company's assets, leading to the freezing of six bank accounts. The actual frozen amount across these accounts totals 18,619.93 yuan, with the requested preservation amount being 10,682,399.99 yuan. The case is currently in the pre-trial phase, and the Company stated it would take legal measures to actively respond and protect the interests of its shareholders.

The lawsuit also involves Jiaming (Henan) Wind Power Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. as a co-defendant. The Company previously disclosed related litigation in announcements dated March 25, 2025, June 16, 2025, and June 25, 2025. The impact on the Company's current or future period profits cannot be accurately estimated yet.
