Tongling Nonferrous Metals announces 2025 semi-annual cash dividend

Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd. has announced its 2025 semi-annual equity distribution plan, approved at its second extraordinary general meeting. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 0.50 yuan per 10 shares (tax inclusive) to all shareholders. Based on a total share capital of 13,409,471,510 shares, this will result in a total cash dividend of 670,473,575.50 yuan (tax inclusive). No bonus shares will be issued, nor will capital reserves be converted into share capital.

The equity registration date for this distribution is November 21, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for November 24, 2025. Dividends for A-share holders, excluding those directly paid by the company, will be remitted through China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch to their capital accounts by November 24, 2025.

Taxation for different investor types will vary. Hong Kong market investors and foreign institutions (QFII, RQFII) holding shares via Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect, as well as individuals and investment funds holding pre-IPO restricted shares, will receive a net cash dividend of 0.45 yuan per 10 shares.
