Dongfang Precision controlling shareholder releases significant share pledge

Guangdong Dongfang Precision Science & Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling and largest shareholder, Mr. Tang Zhuolin, has released a pledge on 90,000,000 shares. This represents 34.77% of his total shareholding and 7.39% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, originally established on January 22, 2025, was released on November 12, 2025, with Xizang Trust Co., Ltd. as the pledgee.

Following this release, the cumulative pledged shares held by Mr. Tang Zhuolin and his consistent action party, Mr. Tang Zhuomian, have significantly decreased from 127,290,000 shares to 37,290,000 shares. This new figure constitutes 10.48% of their combined total shareholding and 3.06% of the company's total share capital.

The company stated that Mr. Tang Zhuolin's credit status is sound, with adequate fulfillment capacity, and the remaining pledged shares do not pose a risk of forced liquidation. This move is not expected to negatively impact the company's operations, corporate governance, or lead to a change in actual control.
