Eve Energy's controlling shareholder unpledges significant shares

Eve Energy announced that its controlling shareholder, Tibet Eve Holding Co., Ltd. ("Eve Holding"), has released a portion of its pledged shares. The recent unpledging involved 22,810,000 shares, representing 3.51% of Eve Holding's total shares and 1.11% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, originally commenced on April 23, 2025, was released on November 12, 2025, with Yunnan International Trust Co., Ltd. as the pledgee.

Following this transaction, Eve Holding's total pledged shares now stand at 279,840,000, accounting for 43.03% of its holdings and 13.68% of Eve Energy's total share capital. As of November 12, 2025, the cumulative pledged shares by Eve Energy's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their concerted parties amount to 302,840,000 shares, representing 39.11% of their total holdings. The total share capital used for calculations is 2,045,745,431 shares, based on the company's total share capital as of November 11, 2025, considering the conversion period for "Eve Convertible Bonds."
