Western Securities extends book-building for 2025 corporate bonds

Western Securities Co., Ltd. is offering publicly issued corporate bonds to professional investors, totaling up to yuan 180 bn. The fourth tranche of these bonds has an issuance size of up to yuan 15 bn. The offering was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).

Initially, the book-building and interest rate inquiry for the current bonds were scheduled for November 11, 2025, from 15:00 to 18:00. However, due to changes in bond market conditions on the day, the issuer and the book-running lead manager mutually agreed to extend this period.

The book-building period will now conclude at 19:00 on November 11, 2025. This extension allows for further engagement with professional investors in the offline market to determine the final coupon rate for the current bonds based on the book-building results.
