Midea Group announces mid-2025 A-share cash dividend plan

Midea Group will distribute a cash dividend of CNY 5 per 10 shares to its A-share holders for mid-2025. This distribution, based on 6,896,648,327 eligible shares, amounts to a total cash payout of CNY 3,448,324,163.50. The per-share cash dividend, when calculated against the total share capital, is CNY 0.4902212 per share.

The record date for this profit distribution is November 17, 2025, with the ex-dividend date and cash dividend payment date set for November 18, 2025. Shareholders registered with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch by the close of business on the record date will be eligible.

Certain shareholders, including Hong Kong investors, QFII, RQFII, and holders of pre-IPO restricted shares, will receive CNY 4.5 per 10 shares after tax. The company also clarified that the ex-dividend price would be adjusted based on the closing price on the record date minus the per-share cash dividend.
