Lizhong Sitong Light Alloy Group, also known as Hebei Sitong New Metal Material, announced the completion of its industrial and commercial registration amendments, including a change in its registered capital. This follows resolutions passed at company meetings on October 14 and October 30, 2025.

The company's registered capital has increased from RMB626,019,737 to RMB639,497,151. This change has been officially recorded with the Baoding Administrative Approval Bureau in Hebei Province, and the company has obtained an updated business license.

The updated business license reflects the company's name as Lizhong Sitong Light Alloy Group Co., Ltd., with its legal representative as Zang Yongxing.
