Das Intellitech secures smart display park project

Shenzhen Das Intellitech Co., Ltd. recently signed a contract with Shenzhen Kangguan Technology Co., Ltd. for the intelligent display technology park (Phase I) project, valued at RMB 12,765,163.65. The project involves a construction area of approximately 107,287 square meters, comprising a 21-story factory building and a 24-story dormitory, and is located in Shenzhen.

Das Intellitech will use its AIoT intelligent IoT control platform and self-developed products to create an integrated system for the park. The project is expected to take approximately 420 calendar days to complete and will be paid in installments.

This contract is anticipated to enhance Das Intellitech's market share in the enterprise park sector and strengthen its position in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The company highlighted potential risks related to unforeseen circumstances impacting contract execution.
