AECC Aero-Engine Control adjusts project spending, approves idle funds for cash management

AECC Aero-Engine Control, with stock code 000738, held its Ninth Board of Directors' Thirty-First Meeting on November 11, 2025, to approve adjustments to its 2021 non-public offering fundraising projects. The adjustments primarily affect the "Aero-Engine Control System R&D and Production Platform Capability Construction Project" and the "Aero-Engine Control Technology Derivative New Industry Production Capability Construction Project," both implemented by AECC Xi'an Control Technology. The total investment for the platform project remains CNY 84,700.00, but building construction costs will increase from CNY 43,649.00 to CNY 45,841.00, while equipment costs will decrease from CNY 36,222.00 to CNY 32,641.00. The derivative new industry project's total investment remains CNY 44,000.00, with construction costs rising from CNY 16,540.00 to CNY 18,415.00 and equipment costs decreasing from CNY 26,260.00 to CNY 23,285.00.

The adjustments aim to optimize resource allocation, enhance self-controllable capabilities, and strengthen the industrial chain to better serve national strategies and future industrial development, according to the company. The board also approved the use of idle funds, up to CNY 710 million, for cash management products, including time deposits, for a period not exceeding 12 months. This decision seeks to increase capital utilization efficiency and shareholder returns without impacting the project schedule.

These resolutions will be submitted for approval at the Second Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2025, scheduled for November 27, 2025. The meeting will also include elections for the Tenth Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board.
