SGIS Songshan postpones board re-election for operational continuity

Guangdong SGIS Songshan Co., Ltd. (the company) has announced the postponement of its ninth board of directors' re-election. The current board's term has expired, and the re-election process is currently in preparation. To maintain the continuity and stability of the board's operations, the company has decided to appropriately delay the re-election. Consequently, the terms of the board of directors, its various specialized committees, and senior management personnel will be extended accordingly.

Prior to the completion of the re-election for the new board of directors, the members of the ninth board of directors, the specialized committees, and senior management will continue to fulfill their respective duties and obligations in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and the company's articles of association. This postponement will not impact the company’s normal production and operation.
