Jizhong Energy names Wang Wanqiang chief accountant, acting board secretary

Jizhong Energy Resources announced on November 6, 2025, that its board of directors approved the appointment of Wang Wanqiang as the new chief accountant. This follows the departure of Zhang Wencheng, who stepped down from his roles as chief accountant and board secretary and is no longer with the company. The board expressed its gratitude to Zhang for his diligent service.

Wang Wanqiang, born in October 1977, holds a university degree and is a certified accountant. His professional background includes various financial leadership positions within Jizhong Energy and its affiliates, such as deputy chief accountant and head of the finance department. As of the announcement date, Wang holds no company shares and has no related party connections or disqualifying conditions.

Concurrently, Jizhong Energy's board has designated Wang Wanqiang to temporarily act as the board secretary for a period not exceeding three months. This temporary assignment will continue until Wang completes the required pre-appointment training for board secretaries provided by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and obtains the necessary certification.
