GCL Energy announces sponsor representative change for continuous supervision

GCL Energy Technology recently announced a partial change in its sponsor representatives for continuous supervision. This change follows a notification from China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC), the sponsor institution.

The alteration stems from outstanding matters related to GCL Energy's 2021 non-public issuance of A-shares, which raised capital. CICC, as the sponsor for the 2022 A-share issuance, is still obligated to provide continuous supervision for the unutilized portion of the raised funds. Due to a change in personnel, Mr. Bian Ren will no longer serve as a sponsor representative for the company's continuous supervision. Ms. Zhang Li has been appointed to assume these responsibilities, working alongside Mr. Feng Jinjun.

Ms. Zhang Li obtained her sponsor representative qualification in 2017 and has participated in several IPO and non-public offering projects, demonstrating a strong track record of compliance. GCL Energy Technology's board of directors expressed gratitude to Mr. Bian Ren for his contributions.
