eGOVA subsidiary secures major smart water project in Jinan

Beijing eGOVA Co., Ltd. announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Baoding Jindi Underground Pipeline Detection Engineering Co., Ltd., as part of a consortium, has been awarded the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contract for the "Shanghe Economic Development Zone Smart Water Project" in Jinan, Shandong Province. The total contract amount for the project is RMB 108,900,604.00. Baoding Jindi will undertake 70.8% of the total contract work, equating to approximately RMB 77,000,000.

The project encompasses two main components: the construction of a smart water management system platform for comprehensive control of the development zone's water supply and drainage networks, water plants, pump stations, and users; and the construction of approximately 17.75 kilometers of new water supply pipelines across eight roads, including ancillary facilities. This project aligns with national urban renewal strategies, integrating engineering, digitalization, and new mechanisms in the water sector.

eGOVA views this project as a significant achievement in its urban renewal business and a benchmark for promoting similar projects in district and county-level markets nationwide. The company stated this project reinforces its strategy to deepen its marketing network and engineering services into lower-tier administrative divisions, moving from providing digital oversight platforms to offering integrated operational service platforms.
