Easyhome announces leadership transition as founder's spouse assumes control

Easyhome New Retail Group announced a change in its actual controller, with Ms. Yang Fang, the spouse of the late Mr. Wang Linpeng, assuming control. This transition follows Mr. Wang Linpeng's passing, with Ms. Yang Fang acquiring company shares through a combination of marital property division and inheritance. Post-acquisition, Ms. Yang Fang now controls 2,735,620,872 shares, representing 43.93% of the company's total share capital.

The transfer of Mr. Wang Linpeng's 100% equity in Zhongtian Jiye has been completed, with Ms. Yang Fang now holding this stake. Other equity transfers, including Mr. Wang Linpeng's direct holdings in Easyhome Holdings, Zhida Jiancai, and 372,049,824 shares directly in Easyhome New Retail Group (5.97% of total share capital), are still in progress.

Easyhome confirmed that this change in control is not expected to impact the company's daily operations, financial condition, independence, or ongoing business capabilities. The direct share transfers are being processed as non-trading transfers of securities.
