Accelink Technologies to reduce capital after share repurchase

Wuhan Accelink Technologies Co., Ltd. (Accelink Technologies) has approved the repurchase and cancellation of 176,000 restricted shares. This decision, passed by the company's Seventh Board of Directors on October 24, 2025, will result in a reduction of the company's registered capital.

Upon completion of the share cancellation, Accelink Technologies' registered capital will decrease from 806,851,752 yuan to 806,675,752 yuan. The company will apply for the cancellation of these shares with the Shenzhen branch of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited within 10 days after the repurchase is finalized.

Creditors of Accelink Technologies have 45 days from November 11, 2025, to December 25, 2025, to declare their claims. Claims can be submitted to the Board Secretary's Office at 1 Tanhu Road, Canglong Island Development Zone, Jiangxia District, Wuhan City, during working hours. Creditors must provide original and copy documents proving their claims.
