Major shareholder pledges more Jade Bird Fire shares for personal funding

Jade Bird Fire Co., Ltd. announced on November 7, 2025, that Cai Weimin, a shareholder holding over 5% of the company's shares, has pledged an additional 16,714,300 shares. This transaction represents 10.62% of his total holdings and 1.91% of the company's total share capital. The pledge, initiated on November 6, 2025, is for personal capital requirements and uses shares classified as restricted for high-level management. The counterparty for this pledge is Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd.

Following this latest pledge, Cai Weimin's total pledged shares now amount to 59,686,300, accounting for 37.92% of his total ownership of 157,419,532 shares and 6.81% of Jade Bird Fire's total share capital. All of these pledged shares are currently restricted or frozen. The remaining unpledged shares held by Cai total 58,378,349, representing 59.73% of his unpledged holdings.
