Wu Feng resigns from Zhejiang Sunflower Great Health board

Zhejiang Sunflower Great Health Technology Co., Ltd. (the Company) recently received a written resignation from Mr. Wu Feng, a director. Citing personal reasons, Mr. Wu Feng has applied to resign from his positions as a director, a member of the audit committee, a member of the strategy committee, and a member of the remuneration and appraisal committee of the sixth board of directors. Following his resignation, Mr. Wu Feng will not hold any other positions within the company.

Mr. Wu Feng’s resignation does not cause the number of board members to fall below the statutory minimum. However, it will result in the audit committee having fewer than three members. To ensure the proper functioning of the audit committee, Mr. Wu Feng’s resignation will become effective only after the Company elects a new member to the audit committee. Until then, he will continue to fulfill his duties.

As of the date of this announcement, Mr. Wu Feng does not hold any company shares and has no unfulfilled commitments. The Company will adhere to statutory procedures and relevant regulations to promptly facilitate the election of a new member for the board’s audit committee.
