Sunlord Electronics faces new patent lawsuits as Murata withdraws previous cases

Shenzhen Sunlord Electronics announced new patent infringement lawsuits filed by Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd., on November 6, 2025. These cases accuse Sunlord Electronics and Shanghai Xujin Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. of infringing Murata's invention patents and seek compensation, including economic losses of 100万元 and legal fees of 50万元. Sunlord Electronics denies the claims and is actively defending its position.

The new lawsuits follow the withdrawal of five previous patent infringement cases by Murata Manufacturing Co., Ltd. against Sunlord Electronics. The withdrawals, finalized on March 6 and September 5, 2025, indicate these specific disputes are no longer active, with associated litigation fees borne by the plaintiff.

The company stated that the ongoing litigation does not currently impact its daily operations or its current and future financial performance, as the cases are in early stages and have not yet gone to trial. Sunlord Electronics reiterates its commitment to intellectual property rights and continuous innovation.
