Sinotruk Jinan Truck announces 2025 semi-annual cash dividend

Sinotruk Jinan Truck Co. has announced its 2025 semi-annual profit distribution, as approved by shareholders on September 25, 2025. The company will distribute a cash dividend of 3.15 yuan (inclusive of tax) for every 10 shares. This is based on a total share capital of 1,168,994,951 shares, after deducting 5,874,409 repurchased shares from the total 1,174,869,360 shares as of June 30, 2025. The total cash dividend distributed will be 368,233,409.56 yuan.

The equity registration date for this distribution is November 13, 2025, with the ex-dividend and ex-interest date set for November 14, 2025. Cash dividends for A-share shareholders will be disbursed by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch to their fund accounts on November 14, 2025. Certain A-share shareholders, including China National Heavy Duty Truck (Hong Kong) Limited and China National Heavy Duty Truck Group Co., Ltd., will have their cash dividends directly distributed by the company.

The ex-dividend and ex-interest reference price after this distribution will be calculated as the closing price on November 13, 2025, minus 0.3134249 yuan per share. Different tax rates will apply to various investor categories. Individual investors holding shares for less than one month are subject to a supplementary tax of 0.630 yuan per 10 shares, and those holding for one month to one year are subject to 0.315 yuan per 10 shares.
