Ourpalm completes fundraising for two private equity funds

Ourpalm's subsidiary, FunGame (HK) Limited, has finalized two private equity fund offerings as of November 6, 2025. The Genkirakira L.P. dollar-denominated fund, initiated by genkicapital. Ltd, concluded its offering with a total size of $5.6 million. FunGame (HK) Limited participated as a limited partner, committing $1.4 million. Separately, the Genkiblingbling L.P. dollar-denominated fund, co-invested with general partner GENKIVC, successfully raised $22 million. FunGame (HK) Limited’s contribution to this fund was $8 million.

Both funds received approval from the BVI Financial Services Commission in March and April 2024, respectively, recognizing them as private investment funds. The completion of these offerings follows Ourpalm’s board resolutions in February 2024 to participate in these investment vehicles.

These investments align with Ourpalm’s 2025 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan (Revised Draft), which aims to attract and retain talent by linking shareholder and company interests with employee benefits.
