Haers to expand business scope, amend articles of association

Zhejiang Haers Vacuum Containers (SZSE:002615) will convene its fifth extraordinary general meeting of 2025 on November 17, 2025. Shareholders will vote on a proposal to change its business scope and amend its Articles of Association. The proposal, submitted by controlling shareholder Lü Qiang, reflects the company's operational management needs.

The proposed revisions to the business scope include adding "manufacturing of sports goods and equipment" and "sales of plastic packaging containers and tools for food," while refining "fitness and leisure activities" to exclude golf. The company will also introduce "production of plastic packaging containers and tools for food." This expansion aims to diversify Haers' offerings and cater to new market segments.

Shareholders registered by November 10, 2025, are eligible to vote on the proposals, which also include amendments to corporate governance policies and the appointment of auditors. The updated business scope and Articles of Association will be finalized upon approval by market regulatory authorities.
