GoerTek completes board re-election, appoints new leadership

GoerTek announced the completion of its Seventh Board of Directors' re-election and the appointment of senior management, securities affairs representative, and head of internal audit. The elections for non-employee and employee representative directors took place on October 30, 2025. The Seventh Board of Directors' first meeting on November 7, 2025, approved the election of the chairman, vice-chairman, various specialized committee members, and the appointments.

The new board includes Jiang Bin as chairman and Jiang Long as vice-chairman. Non-independent directors are Jiang Bin, Jiang Long, Li Youbo, Duan Huilu, Liu Yao Cheng, and Dong Haixia (employee representative director), while independent directors are Huang Yidong and Jiang Fuxiu. The company will promptly complete a by-election for independent directors as the current proportion is below one-third.

Key appointments include Jiang Long as president, Li Youbo, Duan Huilu, Liu Chunfa, Jiang Hongzhai, Yu Dachao, Gao Xiaoguang, and Rao Yi as vice presidents. Li Yongzhi has been appointed chief financial officer. Xu Dapeng is the new board secretary, Xu Yanqing is the securities affairs representative, and Wang Shuping is the head of internal audit. The term for these appointments extends until the end of the Seventh Board of Directors' tenure.
