Eve Energy's major shareholders unpledge significant shareholding

Eve Energy (SZSE:30014) announced that its controlling shareholder, Tibet Eve Holdings Co., Ltd. ("Eve Holdings"), and actual controller and chairman, Liu Jincheng, have unpledged a combined 35,600,000 shares. This includes 15,300,000 shares from Eve Holdings, representing 2.35% of its holding and 0.75% of the company's total share capital, pledged to Huarong Trust. An additional 6,300,000 shares from Eve Holdings, representing 0.97% of its holding and 0.31% of total share capital, also pledged to Huarong Trust, were released. Liu Jincheng unpledged 14,000,000 shares, equating to 23.56% of his holding and 0.68% of total share capital, pledged to CITIC Securities.

Following these releases, the cumulative pledged shares by the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their concerted parties now stand at 325,650,000 shares, representing 42.05% of their total holdings. Eve Holdings' pledged shares are now 302,650,000, or 46.54% of its stake. Liu Jincheng's pledged shares total 23,000,000, representing 38.70% of his holding. The total pledged shares account for 15.92% of the company's total share capital.
