Changan Automobile appoints Mi Mengdong as chief legal officer

Chongqing Changan Automobile Co., Ltd. held its Ninth Board of Directors’ Forty-Seventh Meeting on November 7, 2025, approving a key personnel change. Li Mingcai will no longer serve as executive vice president, general counsel, and chief compliance officer due to a work change, and will no longer hold any positions within the company. As of the disclosure date, Li Mingcai holds 377,580 shares of the company's A-shares.

In response to operational management needs, the board has approved the appointment of Mi Mengdong as Changan Automobile's general counsel and chief compliance officer. His term will commence from the board meeting's approval date until the expiration of the Ninth Board of Directors' term.

Mi Mengdong, born in 1981, is a senior engineer with a Master of Engineering degree and has been with the company since 2007. His previous roles include general manager of Changan Automobile Global Design Center and general manager of Changan Automobile Brand Public Relations Department. Currently, Mi Mengdong holds 103,360 shares of the company's A-shares. The board confirmed that Mi Mengdong meets all qualifications for the senior management position.
