Tinci secures major electrolyte supply contracts with Gotion and CALB

Guangzhou Tinci Materials Technology has announced two major electrolyte supply agreements, solidifying its market presence for 2026-2028. Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiujiang Tinci Materials Technology Co., Ltd., signed an annual procurement contract with Hefei Gotion High-tech Power Energy Co., Ltd. (Gotion High-tech) for an estimated total of 870,000 tonnes of electrolyte products during the period.

Separately, Tinci also entered into a 2026-2028 supply framework agreement with CALB Technology Group Co., Ltd. (CALB), committing to supply an estimated total of 725,000 tonnes of electrolyte products. Both agreements highlight Tinci’s strategic partnerships within the industry, with specific procurement volumes and prices to be confirmed via individual purchase orders.

These agreements are expected to positively impact Tinci’s operating performance from 2026 to 2028, enhancing its profitability and market share. Previously disclosed framework agreements with Ruipu Lanjun Energy Co., Ltd., Chunneng New Energy, and CATL New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. for electrolyte and lithium hexafluorophosphate supply are proceeding as planned.
