Sichuan Jiuzhou subsidiary faces CNY 39.8m tax and late fee obligation

Sichuan Jiuzhou Electronic Group Company Limited announced that its controlled subsidiary, Sichuan Jiuzhou Air Traffic Control Technology Co., Ltd., is required to pay supplementary taxes totaling CNY 23,465,697.71 and late payment fees of CNY 16,342,877.30. The combined amount due is CNY 39,808,575.01.

As of the announcement date, all outstanding taxes and late payment fees have been fully paid. The relevant tax authorities have not imposed any administrative penalties regarding this matter.

According to Accounting Standard No. 28, this supplementary tax payment and late fee obligation is not considered a prior period accounting error and will not result in a restatement of previous financial data. The total amount will be recorded as a loss in Sichuan Jiuzhou's 2025 current period profit and loss statement.
