Oriental Nations controlling shareholders pledge significant shareholdings

Beijing Business-Intelligence of Oriental Nations Corporation (SZSE:300166) disclosed today that its controlling shareholders, Mr. Guan Lianping and Mr. Huo Weiping, have pledged a portion of their shares. Mr. Guan Lianping pledged 3,538,500 shares, representing 2.20% of his total holdings and 0.31% of the company's total share capital. Following this, Mr. Guan's cumulative pledged shares total 45,288,500, accounting for 28.15% of his stake and 3.98% of the company's total shares.

Concurrently, Mr. Huo Weiping pledged 5,313,000 shares, equivalent to 4.70% of his holdings and 0.47% of the company's total share capital. His cumulative pledged shares now stand at 30,763,000, which is 27.20% of his stake and 2.70% of the company's total shares. All pledges were made to Hnaneng Guicheng Trust Co., Ltd., with a start date of November 4, 2025, and an end date of November 6, 2026.

The company stated that the pledged shares do not pose any immediate liquidation risk, and the pledging activity will not substantially impact the company's operations, corporate governance, or performance. No performance compensation obligations are associated with these pledged shares.
