GF Securities sets coupon rates for latest 2025 bond tranches

GF Securities Co., Ltd. announced the determined coupon rates for its 2025 public issuance of corporate bonds (Tranche 6) to professional investors. This offering, part of a larger registration approval, aims to raise up to 4.47 billion yuan. The bonds are divided into two tranches: "25 GF 11" and "25 GF 12."

Following an inquiry with professional institutional investors on November 6, 2025, the coupon rate for "25 GF 11" was set at 1.84%, within an initial inquiry range of 1.30%-2.30%. The "25 GF 12" bond's coupon rate was determined at 2.03%, from an initial inquiry range of 1.40%-2.40%.
