Beijing Compass withdraws share issuance application

Beijing Compass Technology Development Co., Ltd. announced on November 6, 2025, that the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) has approved the termination of its application to issue A-shares to specific targets. This decision followed the company's Fourteenth Board of Directors' Eleventh Meeting on October 31, 2025, which resolved to terminate the 2022 non-public issuance of shares and withdraw the associated application documents.

The company, along with its sponsor CITIC Securities Company Limited, submitted the withdrawal requests to the SZSE on October 31, 2025. Subsequently, on November 6, 2025, the SZSE issued the "Decision on Terminating the Review of Beijing Compass Technology Development Co., Ltd.'s Application for Non-public Issuance of Shares to Specific Targets" (SZSE Review No. [2025]228).

Beijing Compass stated that its current production and operation activities are normal. The termination of the 2022 non-public issuance of shares will not have a significant adverse impact on its normal production and operation, nor will it harm the interests of the company and all its shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders.
