Xiamen Intretech controlling shareholder unpledges significant block of shares

Xiamen Intretech Co., Ltd. announced that its controlling shareholder, Shenzhen Intretech Industrial Co., Ltd. ("Intretech Industrial"), has unpledged 26,930,000 shares of the company. This represents 6.93% of Intretech Industrial's total holdings and 3.46% of Xiamen Intretech's total share capital. The pledge began on November 8, 2022, and was released on November 5, 2025, with Minmetals Securities Co., Ltd. acting as the pledgee. As of November 4, 2025, Xiamen Intretech's total share capital stands at 777,441,784 shares.

Following this transaction, Intretech Industrial and its concerted parties now have a cumulative 220,689,598 pledged shares, representing 51.46% of their total holdings and 28.39% of the company's total share capital, with an outstanding financing balance of yuan 188,535,000. Within the next six months, 136,652,000 pledged shares (31.87% of holdings, 17.58% of total share capital) will mature, corresponding to a financing balance of yuan 90,970,000. An additional 44,281,900 pledged shares (10.33% of holdings, 5.70% of total share capital) will mature within one year (excluding the next six months), with a financing balance of yuan 62,550,000.

Intretech Industrial assures that the unpledged shares were not used to meet the company's operational needs and that the funds for repayment are sourced from its own and self-raised capital, demonstrating sufficient repayment capability. The company confirmed that there are no non-operating fund occupations or irregular guarantees, and the pledge activities do not pose a risk of forced liquidation or affect the company's operations or governance.
