Tongyu Heavy Industry convertible bonds conversion to suspend for equity distribution

Tongyu Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. announced a temporary suspension of its convertible bonds' conversion rights during the implementation of its 2025 half-yearly equity distribution. The suspension period will run from November 6, 2025, until the equity distribution record date, with conversion resuming on the first trading day following the record date.

The decision aligns with the company's prospectus for convertible bonds and Shenzhen Stock Exchange regulatory guidelines. The convertible bonds (bond code: 123149) have a current conversion period from December 26, 2022, to June 19, 2028.
