Shaoneng shareholder unpledges significant block of shares

On November 4, 2025, Guangdong Shaoneng Group Co., Ltd. announced that its shareholder, Shenzhen Zhaowei Hengfa Energy Co., Ltd. (Zhaowei Hengfa Energy), has released a pledge on 31,444,050 unrestricted circulating shares. These shares represent 28.54% of Zhaowei Hengfa Energy's total holdings and 2.91% of Guangdong Shaoneng Group's total share capital. The pledge was originally initiated on April 10, 2025, with Dongguan Lixun Investment Co., Ltd. as the pledgee.

Following this transaction, Zhaowei Hengfa Energy's total pledged shares amount to 78,724,046, representing 71.46% of its total holdings and 7.29% of the company's total share capital. All currently pledged shares are unrestricted and non-frozen.
